Our Team

Our background spans three continents and three distinct business cultures: London (UK) | Dubai (UAE) | Los Angeles (USA). This global experience allows us to bring a broader lens to our strategy, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Rachel Hugh | Partner

  • Rachel advises companies on brand direction, strategic clarity, and leadership alignment. Her career began in luxury fashion at Harrods and Bottega Veneta, where she developed a deep understanding of high-performance environments, customer experience, and brand excellence. She has since founded and scaled businesses of her own and advised organisations across the UK, Middle East, and the US.

Educated in France and the UK and fluent in multiple languages, Rachel brings an international view to how brands grow, how markets respond, and how companies communicate their value. Her work often centres on sharpening strategic narrative, aligning teams around clear direction, and ensuring that brand and business strategy work together rather than pulling in different directions.

Real world impact

Real world impact

What sets us apart?

We don’t just support founders. We are founders

1. We’ve built and run companies ourselves.

We’ve experienced real operational pressure, financial constraints, growth challenges, team dynamics, and leadership responsibilities. We are grounded in lived experience.

2. Experienced advisors only.

You work directly with the people you meet, no handoff to junior teams, analysts, or middle layers (or worse - AI)!

3. Strategic AND practical.

We think at the highest level but we also understand how businesses actually run day-to-day. This makes our work together actionable and achievable for the teams we work with.

4. Bespoke not templated.

No playbooks, no frameworks and absolutely no cookie-cutter deliverables.
Every engagement is built around your company, your situation, your goals.

5. Global insight. Local impact.

We bring perspective shaped by operating and advising across the UK, Middle East, and US, which we feel is invaluable for companies competing on a global stage in today’s connected world.

If you’re staring down a new launch, stuck in growth plateau, or tired of being the only one who sees the bigger picture, we’d love to hear what’s on your mind
