STRATEGIC ADVISORY
Most businesses do not fail because of bad ideas. They fail because of deferred decisions and unchallenged assumptions.
We work with leadership teams on positioning, competitive dynamics, market expansion, and growth priorities. We challenge what has been taken for granted, work through the options honestly, and help founders make clearer, more confident decisions.
This can be a focused project or an ongoing relationship.
FINANCIAL & FUNDRAISING ADVISORY
Getting the business into the right shape and raising from that position are two connected disciplines. We cover both.
On the financial side, we identify where value is being lost, improve financial visibility, and build the internal discipline a growing business needs. On the fundraising side, we have raised capital multiple times across different structures and stages, and we understand what investors are actually looking for beyond the materials.
BOARD ADVISORY
Beyond project-based engagements, we are open to more formal relationships where there is a strong fit.
This includes joining advisory boards, taking on non-executive director roles, or providing structured board-level input on a retained basis. If you are building out your board or want experienced external perspectives represented at that level, we are glad to have that conversation.
